This group of ladies although always changing remains a real focus for us. Membership is simple, have a young child and be struggling to survive. Not the most auspicious club to be in but one that is well attended. The ladies now numbering 40 come every day for a bowl of porridge for the children and half an hour of education.  A real highlight every year is when we give out clothes for the children, due to a register we set up last year we were able to give extra clothes for the siblings in the family. This year the clothes were inside wonderful bags made by the Dengie Woman’s Institute.
