We leave money each year for house building and we always go to see the new builds when we arrive.  Largo, one of Sister’s helpers, took us to see last year’s houses.  The new owners are so pleased to show us their new homes and this gives us the opportunity to see if we can help further with a new bed, blankets or pots and pans.  This year as the cost of the houses is spiraling we decided that we would not go ahead with house building as the funds do not meet the ever growing need, a tough decision but one we had to make to ensure  that we are able to continue funding the Day Care, sewing machines etc. However there is always one story that beats us as we found that a promise of a house for an elderly lady was missed last year.  We did visit her house last year and it was in a very poor condition, this year it was even worse so we made the decision to build her a new home.
