Electric Project

Sister Terfatu had some great news for us the Electric Project in Dembi Dollo had started, in her words ‘they have started planting the poles’. Sister has given us the receipts showing the payment to the Ethiopian Electric Company. This project that started 3 years ago to supply electric for 1500 people was starting to take shape and next year we plan to visit the area and hope to see homes with electric. The civil unrest in the area may delay the work for a while however the goods news is the project is underway and the people will soon have electricity.
