Housing update

House building remains a high priority, as this is the stable foundation for any family. The tin for the roofs has increased along with everything else and the average price for a house was about £220 depending on the size. We were able to get some house building underway and left £2,500 with Sister for house building and maintenance on existing houses. In total the funding covered the repair and building for 12 houses including the purchase of land and houses for two ladies in the porridge club who are renting.
